PUBLIC STATEMENT
The Koruncuk Foundation deems it necessary to issue a statement regarding social media posts that associate our Foundation with a donation.
The aforementioned communication arrangement was not planned, requested, or institutionally approved by our Foundation. The process of returning the entire amount of the donation, which was transferred directly to our Foundation's official bank account, to the sender's account has been initiated.
We believe that the protection of children is a shared responsibility of public institutions, civil society organizations, and all segments of society. As the Koruncuk Foundation, we have been carrying out our work for the protection of children in cooperation and coordination with the relevant institutions of our state for many years; and we always prioritize the rights, dignity, and best interests of children under all circumstances.
We will continue to stand by our children and work responsibly for them.
