Media Policy

The Koruncuk Foundation, with all its trustees and professional staff, aims to ensure that the rights defined in supranational human rights conventions and the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child are applied to children, and that this application is carried out in accordance with our Constitution, the Turkish Civil Code, and the Child Protection Law. With this goal and responsibility, Koruncuk Foundation's media policies All these agreements and laws are compliant with the foundation's child protection policy, and are determined accordingly. Media policies apply to Koruncuk Foundation employees, volunteers, stakeholders, donors, and all individuals and organizations with whom joint projects are carried out.

Child Protection Policy;

  • Koruncuk only works with individuals who are qualified to work with children and who strictly implement child safety improvement practices.,
  • Everyone associated with the foundation should be aware of their responsibilities and approach child abuse issues in a legal and ethical manner.,
  • We expect everyone representing our foundation to treat children appropriately and not to abuse the trust placed in them by being a member of this foundation.,
  • Everyone representing our foundation must create a safe environment for every child who comes into contact with the foundation.,
  • We require that all activities and programs be assessed for the risks they pose to children, and that those within our control be reduced or eliminated altogether.

Media policies, determined in light of child protection policies, encompass all forms of discourse, representation, communication strategies, use of visual materials, social media content, and internal communication within the institution.

Logo and Name Usage

  • The Koruncuk Foundation logo may not be used without the Foundation's written permission.
  • Koruncuk Foundation reserves the right to finalize the design and publication, online or offline, of any material containing the Koruncuk Foundation name or logo.
  • The Koruncuk Foundation reserves the right to impose legal restrictions on the use of its name by third parties when necessary.
  • Within the scope of cooperation with institutions and organizations, the scope and details of verbal and written promotions to be carried out by the parties through traditional or social media are subject to mutual agreement in writing.
