Volunteering
Dear supporters,
At Koruncuk Foundation, volunteers contribute in various ways to efforts aimed at ensuring girls can continue their education in a safe and supportive environment. Our volunteers work alongside the foundation in social, educational, communication, and support activities that directly or indirectly impact children's lives.
Anyone over the age of 18 who wants to contribute to the empowerment of girls, embraces the vision and mission of the Koruncuk Foundation, and views volunteering as a responsibility and a continuous relationship can become a Koruncuk Volunteer.

Individual Volunteer: Individuals who fill out the volunteer application form disseminated by the Koruncuk Foundation become part of the volunteer network after completing the Koruncuk Foundation Volunteer Orientation Training, which is offered periodically by the foundation, and signing the Volunteer Agreement. Volunteers can take on tasks that do not involve working directly with children, such as the following, according to their capacities, desires, and the needs of the institution:
b.1. Event and Promotion/Resource Development Volunteers: They take part in the events organized by the foundation. These tasks include welcoming guests, setting up and dismantling stands, distributing Koruncuk Foundation communication materials to stand visitors according to instructions, adhering to Koruncuk Foundation's visibility rules, carrying equipment, arranging tables and chairs, maintaining order in the event environment, hanging posters to increase the foundation's visibility, distributing brochures, holding Koruncuk flags, etc. Before each event, volunteers are given clear and explicit instructions outlining their expected tasks.
b.2. Koruncuk Ambassadors: They assume responsibility for disseminating the mission and vision of the Koruncuk Foundation. Following instructions from their Volunteer Coordinator, they conduct communication efforts at conferences, panels, and high-level events to increase awareness of the Koruncuk Foundation and lay the groundwork for potential collaborations. In their respective cities, they promote the services of the Koruncuk Foundation and provide support for applications.
b.4. Koruncuk Education Volunteer: They provide support to students in areas such as academics and schoolwork. They are considered volunteers after completing orientation and child communication training.
b.5. Koruncuk Culture/Art/Sports Volunteer: They provide support in art forms such as painting and music through activities like private lessons and workshops, in accordance with the annual development plans set for children. They are considered volunteers after completing orientation and communication with children training.
b.6. Community Volunteer: This refers to a form of volunteering, particularly within university communities, where individuals choose to participate in volunteer work collectively/as a group. It is not limited to university communities; it can also include local collaborations, joint projects with various NGOs, or informal platform-like structures on an activity basis. Individual volunteers share the same rights and responsibilities.
b.7. Other: These are volunteer projects created based on the skills and abilities of the organization or individual.
